My first experience with a mastermind was in 2015. I was a young entreprenuer back then and had all of the typical entreprenurial challenges... Ineffective marketing, no idea how to calcualte my costs or profit margains, charging too little, lack of vision for the company, and the list goes on. My network of other entrepreneurs was virtually non-existent back in 2015, and so was any kind of mentorship.
I remember how lost I felt. I had a mountain of challenges that needed solutions and no one to really turn to for guidance. It took a toll on my health, my marriage, and my stress level was constantly redlining. Then I met Keith Lewis, a seasoned and successful entrepreneur who could see I needed help. Keith invited me to to be a guest of his at a mastermind he was in. That one meeting literally put my life and my families life on a different trajectory.
For the first time in my entreprenureal life, I found myself sitting in a room with others who not just understood what I was feeling, but had the experience to help provide solutions. Becuase they were further ahead in their entrepureneurial journey, they had all the wisdom I needed at the time. All I had to do was take action on the solutions they provided. I give a tremendous amount of credit to that mastermind for being a multi-seven figure entrepreneur today.
